OVERVIEW

Design a clear, conversion-focused landing page that explains Talentloop’s value and makes it easy for companies to start hiring.

Talentloop was a landing page design assignment focused on how a product explains itself to new visitors. The work wasn’t about designing complex flows, but about turning a clear value proposition — fast access to vetted African tech talent — into a page that feels trustworthy, simple, and easy to act on.

I focused on shaping the story of the product: what it does, who it’s for, and why it’s better, using layout, hierarchy, and pacing to guide people toward starting the hiring process.

THE THINKING

Empathize

I reviewed similar hiring platforms and found that many of them bury their core value behind generic messaging and busy layouts.

Define

The problem was how to communicate Talentloop’s value quickly and clearly without hiding it behind marketing noise.

Ideate

I explored different ways to structure the page so the promise, proof, and next step are obvious within the first few scrolls.

Design

I designed a straightforward layout that prioritizes the core message and keeps attention focused on starting the hiring process.

THE TINKERING

I spent most of the time iterating on structure and hierarchy to make the message clearer and more direct.

I also spent some time working on the illustrations for this landing page :)
